Duties include:

providing trauma-informed direct interventions, collaboration, and consultation with other community service providers.

Professionals will execute and implement interventions as designed by the treatment plan and provide on-site interventions such as psychoeducation (social skills training, conflict resolution, effective communication, etc.), as well as education and consultation with service providers.

Professionals will attend monthly clinical supervision, attend multi-disciplinary team meetings, complete progress summaries, and advocate on the client’s behalf.

Professionals are expected to maintain accurate and timely documentation of need for services, services provided, and service outcomes.

Minimum Employment Requirements
-
High school diploma or equivalent
-
Must successfully complete all phases of pre-service and on-going training, including, but not limited to, physical restraint training, First Aid, CPR, Universal Precautions, and medication administration
-
Required to have the skill, knowledge, and experience with the population to be served to provide the various interventions required by the position
-
Must possess a current NC Driver’s License, which is clear of violations reflecting a poor driving record
-
Proof of personal vehicle insurance and registration is required
-
Clean or approved criminal background check
-
Verification of prior educational and work experience.

Qualified/Licensed Professional

Must have a minimum of a bachelor's degree and 2-4 years of post-degree experience

Part-Time (approximately 10 hours/week)

Professionals must attend Child and Family Treatment (CFT) team meetings, coordinate with other service providers, engage natural and community supports, and advocate for best practices for clients served by the program.
